I have to be honest and transparent right now. Every time I go to update this page, I look for a cookie photo. Because I really like cookies.

All joking aside, March 2021 has been a good month in my battle. I picked up an accountability partner and we text everyday. The good and the bad is shared. I should write a book. This is a revolutionary break through.

Belts are overrated. I see people’s pants sagging all the time with belts on. Who needs a belt anyway? If you pull your pants up high enough your stomach will hold them.

Most exercise plans will work if you are disciplined and stick to it. The problem is most people need instant gratification. You want results immediately.

For me it’s a life change into something that was stick.
It’s like 🍪 cookies. There are so many types until you have to try them all to find what works for you. That is the key, find what works for you and do it.
